As part of the implementation of their new agency models, Attijariwafa bank has mandated Les Gens de la Technique to reflect on and define the digital path to be implemented at the level of the Enterprise and Retail agencies.
Following a detailed audit and fruitful working sessions with the project teams, we proposed a set of recommendations on:
